Respresentatives from the provincial and federal governments and Campbellton, Atholville and Tide Head were on hand July 21st to hear the news from MP Rene Arseneault that funding has been awarded to several projects in Northwestern NB including our Campbellton Curling Club. 
Funds from the Enviromental Local Government (gas tax) totalling $103,000 have been granted to support the replacement of the aging ice plant and the purchase of Ice Fabric. 
Further announcements will happen in the near future. Exciting times for your club!!

Des représentants des gouvernements provincial et fédéral et de Campbellton, Atholville et Tide Head étaient sur place le 21 juillet pour entendre les nouvelles du député Rene Arseneault que le financement a été accordé à plusieurs projets dans le nord-ouest du N.-B., y compris notre Campbellton Curling Club.
Des fonds de l'Enviromental Local Government (taxe sur l'essence) totalisant 103 000 $ ont été accordés pour soutenir le remplacement de la fabrique de glace vieillissante et l'achat de Ice Fabric.
